We value your satisfaction and try to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. However, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges may be necessary. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process, please read the following return policy carefully:
Order Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your order, put a request within 24 hours of placing your order on our website under the 'My Orders' section. Once your order is processed, we cannot allow cancellation.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unwashed and unworn. Items must have all original tags and packaging intact.
Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the product. After this period, we do not accept any returns or exchanges.
Return and Exchange Process:
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please email our customer support team to initiate the process, providing your order number, item details, pictures of the product with tags, and reason for return or exchange.
Please allow us 72 hours to process your request. Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for a reverse pick-up.
It takes 7- 15 working days for the shipment to reach us after we've picked up your order. (In some cases it might take longer). Once we receive your return parcel, it goes through a quality check. Once approved, we ship your replacement product to you.
For an exchange of the product, customers are responsible for the shipping cost of Rs.150 associated with returning the item(s) unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., Wrong item shipped or a manufacturing defect).
Please note :
We do not have a refund policy. In case of a size or fit issue, you can get the product exchanged. However, if you wish to return the product, we provide store credit for the same which can be redeemed on your next purchase.
